1. Agreement
By purchasing, receiving, or using the Cover Caddy (the “Product”), you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product.
2. Definitions

Product: The Cover Caddy and all included components such as tees, rings, and the Shotgun Tool.

Shotgun Tool: A small plastic tool included with the Product that has an intentionally sharp edge and is intended for golf-related use only.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use the Product. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you are 18+.
4. Safety Warning — IMPORTANT
WARNING: THE SHOTGUN TOOL IS PLASTIC BUT HAS A SHARP EDGE.
It can cause cuts or punctures if mishandled. Use caution when removing, handling, storing, or using.
Safe Use Guidelines:

Keep the tool away from children and pets.

Always point the tool away from your body and others.

Store the Product in a secure location when not in use.

Do not sharpen, modify, or use the tool for any purpose other than intended golf-related use.

If the tool becomes cracked, damaged, or worn, stop using it immediately.
By using the Product, you acknowledge and agree to follow these safety instructions.
5. Assumption of Risk / Release
You acknowledge that using the Product (including the Shotgun Tool) involves inherent risk of injury. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to assume all risks and release and hold harmless Cover Caddy, its owners, employees, and affiliates (the “Company”) from any claims arising out of your use or misuse of the Product, except where caused by the Company’s gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
6. Limited Warranty (30 Days)
Cover Caddy warrants that the Product will be free from defects for 30 days from delivery under normal use.
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Misuse, negligence, or modification

Damage caused by unintended use
The Company may repair, replace, or refund at its discretion. Proof of purchase required.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits or lost time).
The Company’s total liability will not exceed the purchase price paid for the Product.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and defend the Company against any claims arising from:
(a) Misuse of the Product
(b) Violation of these Terms
(c) Claims from others based on your use or handling of the Product
10. Proper Use

Use only as intended for golf-related functions.

Do not use as a weapon, cutting tool, or for non-golf purposes.

Any modification voids the warranty.
11. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Title transfers upon shipment. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery.
12. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, packaging designs, and product designs are owned by Cover Caddy and may not be reproduced without permission.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
14. Severability
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
15. Changes to Terms
Cover Caddy may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revisions.

All prices in USD; subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., pricing errors, suspected fraud).
Payment
Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover.
Full payment required at checkout. Sales tax applied per state nexus.
Intellectual Property
"Cover Caddy Golf" name, logo, and product designs are trademarks of [Cover Caddy LLC].
Site content is protected by copyright. No reproduction without permission.
User Conduct
Do not use bots, scrapers, or attempt to interfere with the Site.
No commercial resale of products without written consent.
Governing Law
State of [Florida]; venue in [Pinellas].
Dispute Resolution
Mandatory informal resolution (30 days) before arbitration under AAA rules.
