Return unused Cover Caddy within 30 days of delivery for full refund (minus original shipping).
Customer pays return shipping and label.

Warranty

1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects (not wear/tear, airline damage, or misuse).
Contact support with photos; we’ll repair or replace at our discretion.

Non-Returnable

Personalized/monogrammed items.
Products showing dirt/scuffs.

Refund Process

Email alex@covercaddygolf.com with order number and reason.
Receive RMA # and return instructions.
Refund issued to original payment method within 5 business days of receiving return.

Damaged in Transit?

Take photos within 48 hours of delivery and email alex@covercaddygolf.com. We’ll file a claim and send a free replacement.
